Another Work from home site launched - doomoro.com - join it or not

Few days back I received email alert to join a new work from site site called doomoro.com. Now whenever I recieve such email few things that strike my mind are:

1. How is this site different from other websites?
2. Is it a legitimate work at home website?
3. Does this site works in my coutry?
4. Do the site has the potential to become a great work at home jobs or freelance portal like other popular sites odeks, PPH, Guru, Elance etc?

Out of curiosity and my rule of thumb that you should join each and every site to find out its worth and not just rely of internet reviews etc.  I once again say that you must join each and every free membership site, later on you can decide yo upgrade to a premium memberships at the site if any.

Now lets talk about the website thats the central attraction of this post. The site doomoro.com is in the initial stage of launch but the people behing the site seem to have done all the home work, planning etc before the launch. Site is professionally designed and so far I'm unable to find any majot bug. Yes there is some confusion in login and how to request a password but these minor things can be sorted out at any point of time.

Website works on a simple concept of what one can deliver or wants to be done in 24 hours. Means as a seller you sell your services as what can you deliver by tomorrow and as a buyer you would post what you wants to be done by tomorrow.

So this is a good site for people who can do small tasks quickly like logo design, template design, article writing, data entry, animations etc.  But I didn't understand how this site can be helpful for a web developer or software developer or a ebook writer and these sort of things can't be delivered in 24 hours.

Additionally I've created the account but so far I can't find any information about payment policy like how much the site charges etc. You can paid by Paypal and Payzaa only so far there isn't any direct bank transfer facility etc. Maybey they will add this feature later on as the site grows.

So far site seems to have the potential to grow, lets see how it behaves in coming 1-2 years.

Hi, I’ve read many blogs, articles and books all are same, all writes that there is only one work for “Housewives” that is home tuition. What do you think is it sufficient for a house wife? ·         Online Data Entry: - This is good jobs for housewives. One can start this profession with a laptop and internet. Many companies’s offer their data entry work to other company or freelancer.

·         Affiliate Marketing: - Online marketing doesn’t require interacting with customers or finding place for products. You can start this business by finding company that offer product you are interested in and then you market them online (Internet). 

·         Selling art: If you are a painter or artist, you can sell your art online. There are various online portals that provide free memberships where you can upload your art work and sell it. They portal would charge you a nominal commissions for every sale. Similarly you can sell photographs as well.  There are many web designers etc who are constantly searching for digital pictures they can use for blogs, website, facebook etc. 

·         Paid online surveys: Survey sites are great options. You can sign up for free and then you’ll get paid for taking surveys, reading email, watching videos etc. This is fun if you love being online for long hours.

Are you ready to work from home and quit your regular job

This post is helpful to all those who have been considering quitting the regular job and willing to start some work from home activity or start a business. Chances are there that you might have to spend more time and effort initially OR you might work late nights as you took liberty of your free time and keep putting things to do later. 
3. Are you financially stable: This is a major factor. how are you going to support yourself till the time you start getting the benefits form home based work or business.
4. Multitasking: In your fixed day you might have limited roles like perform the given set of duties and leave the office at 5. However in a startup business or working from home you have the additional responsibilities like getting business, communication with potential clients, leads conversion, executions, technical support etc. Are you fully prepared for this?
5. Have you analyzed the competition and the market? This is very important as after a careful competitor and marketing research you can be able to sell your services/products etc competitively. 
6. What is plan B?: Be wise and make keep a back up plan in case things don't work as expected.

Work at home parents

Have you ever heard about this term "work at home parents"? No, then let me explain.

Work at home parent is an entrepreneur or professional who works from home and thus combining his parental activities into his job, business or profession. Work at home parents are sometime also classified further and often referred to at work at home mom(s) or dad(s).

Now since you know about work at home parents, I'd like to request all people reading this post to kindly support all the work at home parents by buying stuff/services of them. This would help in two ways, one you are supporting a at home parents job and secondly you are supporting your nation/locality as well.

It might not be easy for moms and dads to balance the work and care for babies but remember that there are some advantages like good pay checks and second that you can spend time with your baby. It’s the precious time that you’ll never get while in full time job. So why sacrifice your full time job when you have the option to start working from home.  Like all work from home jobs individual a work from home parent also gets the freedom to decide own working hours , holidays etc.
